Mindfly Technologies Kft is committed to the protection of your data. For this reason, we comply with the legal provisions governing the protection, lawful processing and the confidentiality of personal data, in particular, the Austrian data protection act (DSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). What constitutes personal data?

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable data subject such as their name, email address and IP address.

Automatic data storage

When you visit our website, our web server (the computer storing this website) will automatically save some data, such as the IP address of your device, the URL of sub-pages visited, your browser data (e.g. Internet Explorer) and also the date and time. We do not use or forward such data, we only store such data for the duration of your visit on the website and then we delete it.

For what purposes do we use your data?

Apart from the aforementioned automatic data storage, your data is only processed when you submit an application to us or contact us via the email address provided.

Job application

You can submit your data in connection with your application directly via email or by post.

We process the data you provided to carry out the application procedure and to select a candidate.

The legal basis of processing in the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation:

Measures necessary prior to the conclusion of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1) b) of the GDPR (processing an application prior to the conclusion of a contract for services);
Protecting our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1) f) of the GDPR concerning the burden of proof in a legal procedure under the act on equal treatment;
Compliance with a legal obligation MindFly Technologies Kft. is subject to – in the meaning of Article 6(1) c) of the GDPR, and
Data shall be stored based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1) a) of the GDPR.

You may submit your personal data on a voluntary basis during the application. Please be advised that, in order to process your application, we will need various categories of data, such as your name, contact details and qualifications.

We would like to ask you in advance to not submit to us any special categories of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR (such as religious belief, political opinion, which, among others, may result from voluntary activity).

If you are hired based on your application, your data will be added to your employee file. If your application is rejected, your data will be stored for up to 7 months and then it will be deleted. If we are unable to offer you employment at present but consider you for future employment, we will obtain your consent to be included in our records. Your data will be stored based on your consent until such consent is revoked.

Inquiries

You may contact us via the aforementioned email address. In such cases, your personal data provided in the email will be stored.

Data will not be transferred to any third party in this regard. Data will only be used to process the inquiry.

Legal basis for processing data sent via email is Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, as processing the data sent in inquiries is our legitimate interest. If you contact us via email, you may at any time object to the storage of your personal data in an email. In such cases, we will terminate communication. Unless storage is regulated by law, we will delete personal data stored during the inquiry.

If an email inquiry is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the legal basis of processing is Article 6 (1) b) of the GDPR.

We will delete the data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose the data was collected for. This happens when the case has been settled and the inquiry has been closed.

Review: Recipient

Forwarding of data within Mindfly Technologies Kft.: Data collected about the applicant during the inquiry as well as other data will be forwarded to our relevant department.

In certain cases, relevant data will be forwarded based on a contract concluded with a data processor.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called session cookies. These are small data packets that your browser stores on your device. Cookies enable us to ensure that our offer/website is user-friendly, efficient and safe.

These cookies are automatically deleted at the end of the browsing session.
